Damages & lost packages

 The BLuxe Extensions are NOT reliable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If so, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Also before filing the claim make sure you save all damaged goods and packaging materials.

 

Returns/Cancellations/Exchanges

All sales are FINAL! If the problem is on our behalf a return process will be discussed. 

Exchanges can ONLY be made if we have what you want ON HAND.

Please if you want to cancel your order, cancel within 3 hours of purchasing. We finalize your order quick so your order can be shipped or picked up in a timely manner. To cancel please email TheBLuxe.Extensions@gmail.com or go to our “contact us” tab.
